This bachelor has a love for custom art and unique touches. With a custom coffee table filled with blue paint pigment that creates sandbox effect to a commissioned piece replicating his favorite Picasso painting. Dimmable lighting was a must for every room to create that perfect ambient lighting. We used oversized furniture pieces for each room to feel grounded with the high concrete ceilings.
