Designing this penthouse was an interesting obstacle for us. The building was older and with the only elevator being super small and the stairwell beyond narrow, we were limited to sourcing smaller. We had to create the furniture layout with pieces that worked with the elevator size all without sacrificing the design aesthetic. Needless to say we were very pleased with the way this unit turned out.
